*How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-7 business days.

*Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

*How can I track my order?

You can track your order through our "Track Orders" link on our website.

*Can I return an item?

Our Return Policy lasts for 7 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

*What if my order was damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at whynethymetees@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct the issue.

*Do you issue refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

*Can I change my order?

Yes, you are allowed to make changes to your order as long as the order status says "waiting for fulfillment", after that it will be too late.
